Frequently asked questions about your website

These are the things local businesses ask us most: price, timescales, languages and how to show up on Google. Something else on your mind? Write to us and we will answer, no obligation.

How much does a website cost? +

It depends on what you need: a four-page brochure site does not cost the same as an online shop with a catalogue, and a site in one language does not cost the same as one in three. What moves the price most is the number of pages, whether you need to sell online, whether you need bookings or appointments, and how many languages you want. Once we have talked, we send you a fixed, bespoke quote: you know what it costs and what it includes before we start, and it does not change halfway through.

How long does it take to get it ready? +

A brochure site is usually ready in 2–4 weeks; an online shop takes a little longer. The timescale depends above all on how quickly you get your copy and images to us, and we help with that too. We give you a date when we start, and we meet it.

Do you only work in the Marina Baixa? +

No: we work with businesses all over Spain. What changes is how we meet. The studio is in Callosa d’en Sarrià, so around the comarca —Benidorm, Altea, La Nucía, Villajoyosa, Polop, l’Alfàs del Pi, Finestrat…— we travel out and meet in person whenever you like. If you are in Madrid, Bilbao or the Canaries, we do it by video call and WhatsApp, with exactly the same direct service and the same person on the other end from start to finish.

Can you get my business onto Google and Google Maps? +

Yes, and it is half the job. We leave your site ready for local SEO (structure, copy, speed and business details) and set up your Google Business Profile, which is what appears on Google Maps when someone searches for your service nearby. That is what gets you found by the person two streets away searching on their phone.

Can you build the site in Valencian or English? +

Yes. Here it is almost essential: in the Marina Baixa your customer might be from the village, from Madrid or on holiday. We build the site in Spanish, Valencian and English —or whichever languages you need— with the right tags so that Google shows each visitor their own version. This very site you are reading is in three languages.

I already have a website. Can you improve it? +

Of course. We review your current site, tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what needs improving, and redesign it so that it loads fast, looks good on mobile and brings in more customers. We handle the migration carefully so you do not lose what you have already earned on Google.

Will I be able to edit it myself afterwards? +

Your site is built to measure, not on a generic template, so it does not come with a dashboard where you can change everything. Usually you tell us what you want changed and we do it: quickly and without any fuss, included in the maintenance plan. And if there is something you change often (prices, a menu, photos), we talk about it first and set it up so that you can update it yourself.

Does it include the domain and hosting? +

We help you with all of it: domain (yourbusiness.com), hosting and email. If you already have them, we use them; and if not, we set everything up for you so you never have to wrestle with anything technical. The domain and hosting are billed separately and are yours, in your name.

Do you work with businesses in any sector? +

Yes. Restaurants, shops, clinics and beauty salons, hotels and holiday lets, sole traders, small businesses… We adapt to your sector and your budget. What matters is that your business is where your customers are looking for you.

Will my site look good on a phone? +

Always. We design for mobile first, because that is where most of your customers will see you. Your site will fit any screen perfectly: phone, tablet or computer.
