What we do with your data
We only ask for what we need in order to reply, we do not sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like.

01Data controller
The controller of the personal data you provide through this site is:
- Controller
- Jose Espasa
- Tax ID (NIF / CIF)
- 48339284T
- Registered address
- C/ Cervantes, 14, 03510 Callosa d’en Sarrià (Alicante)
- Contact
- info@persianadigital.es
We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). We have not appointed a data protection officer because our activity does not require one; for anything relating to your data you can write to us at the address above.
02What data we process
We only process the data you give us. We do not buy databases or obtain information from third parties.
Contact form
Name (or your business name), email address, the type of service you are interested in and the message you write. The only essential piece of data is your email address: without it we cannot reply to you.
Email, telephone and WhatsApp
If you write to us through these channels, we process the identifying and contact details that appear in your message, together with its content.
Browsing data
The server hosting the site records standard technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, browser and pages visited) in its activity logs, for the sole purpose of keeping the service running and protecting it from abuse.
This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us your data without the authorisation of your parent or guardian.
03What we use it for and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To provide the service you have engaged us for and to maintain our relationship with clients. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations, mainly tax and accounting ones, once we invoice you. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abusive use (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising or newsletters, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you. If in future we wanted to send commercial communications, we would ask you first, expressly and separately.
04How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to one year from the last contact, so that we can pick the conversation back up if you write to us again. After that they are deleted.
- Client data: for as long as the relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the statutory limitation periods (up to six years for commercial and accounting records, and four for tax obligations).
- Server technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few months.
05Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessed by the providers we need in order to operate, who act as data processors and with whom we have signed the contract required by article 28 GDPR:
- Website hosting:Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., Estados Unidos)
- Email:Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Lituania)
- Contact form delivery:Resend (Resend, Inc., Estados Unidos)
In addition, if you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place within that platform and is subject to its owner’s privacy policy, which is outside Persiana Digital’s control.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you open the page, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address in order to serve them.
Beyond these cases, we would only disclose your data to public authorities, judges or courts where there is a legal obligation to do so. No international data transfers are envisaged beyond any that the providers named above may involve, which in that case rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
06Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, nor any third-party analytics tools. That is why you will not see a banner asking for your permission: there is nothing to consent to.
If in future we add any measurement tool, we will update this policy and ask for your prior consent, as required by article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
07Your rights
The law gives you control over your data. At any time you can ask us for:
- Access: to know what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: to delete it once it is no longer needed.
- Restriction: to keep it but stop using it while a claim is resolved.
- Objection: to stop processing it for reasons relating to your particular situation.
- Portability: to receive it in a commonly used format, or for us to send it to another controller.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise them, write to us at info@persianadigital.es stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document, so that we can be sure it is you. We will reply within a maximum of one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority in Spain.
08Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site, access limited to the people working on the project, and providers that comply with the GDPR. No system is infallible, but if a security breach affecting your data were to occur, we would tell you and notify the supervisory authority as required by law.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services, the providers we use or the applicable rules change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with the date it was last updated. You can also read our legal notice.
