This legal notice governs access to and use of the website persianadigital.es (hereinafter, «the site»). Browsing it makes you a user and implies that you accept these terms in the version published at the time of access.
We recommend reading them each time you visit the site, as they may change. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The screenshots and names of the work published in the Projects section are shown as a portfolio: their trade marks and content belong to their respective owners.

The site includes links to third-party pages, such as the websites of published projects or messaging services. Persiana Digital does not control and is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies or any damage that may arise from their use. The existence of a link does not imply any relationship, recommendation or supervision.
06Liability
Persiana Digital works to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors. The content is informative and does not constitute a binding offer: quotes, timescales and the scope of each job are always agreed in writing and individually with each client.
Nor does the owner guarantee the availability and uninterrupted continuity of the site, and will not be liable for interruptions, technical failures or damage arising from causes beyond its control.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, unless the applicable rules establish a different mandatory jurisdiction, as is the case in dealings with consumers.
